When I was a kid, I would borrow (read: steal) my Lolo David's fountain pens because I thought they were just so fancy. Calligraphy was part of my art curriculum when I was 6 years old (I had the coolest art teacher!), and I remember using my lolo's fountain pens to practice instead of my cheapo plastic ones. But, thanks to Em, I now have my own 'beginner' fountain pen! This one is from Muji.

She also got me a thrifted Emily The Strange shirt, because she says I look like Emily. Hmm.. I think I will take this as a sign to chop off my bangs again. Hehe. (Can someone please explain why they are called 'bangs'??)

Last night, my buddy Marky surprised me (and PJ) with the only Holiday CD that trumps my Mixtape: She & Him!!! Complete with a holiday card from Matt & Zoey (and Mark) plus P50 ampao. How shweet.
